Create an e-invoice

Fill in the form, click “Create e-invoice” and download a standard-compliant XML file. Every invoice is checked against the official EN 16931 rules, plus the XRechnung or Peppol rules for those formats, before you send it.

How it works

  1. Choose the format your customer expects: XRechnung for Germany, Peppol BIS for Belgium, the Netherlands and public buyers, or EN 16931 CII for France and Factur-X.
  2. Enter your company, your customer and the items. Totals and VAT are calculated for you. Your company details can be remembered on this device.
  3. Click “Create e-invoice”, review the preview and the validation result, then download the XML and send it to your customer or upload it to their portal.

Is the generated file a valid e-invoice?

The XML follows the EN 16931 standard and the chosen specification (XRechnung 3.0, Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 or EN 16931 CII). Before you download it, the file is checked in your browser with the official CEN EN 16931 Schematron rules and, depending on the format, the official KoSIT XRechnung rules or the OpenPEPPOL BIS 3.0 rules. You remain responsible for the content of your invoices.

How do I send it?

Send the XML file by e-mail, upload it to the customer’s portal (for example ZRE/OZG-RE for German federal authorities), or hand it to your Peppol access point. For Peppol you need your Peppol participant ID, which is usually based on your company or VAT number.

Private by design

Invoices contain bank details, prices and customer data. This viewer runs entirely in your browser: files are read locally with JavaScript and are never uploaded to a server. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page has loaded.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Are my invoices stored on a server?

Can I create a Factur-X / ZUGFeRD PDF?

Yes. Choose the format “EN 16931 CII”, create the invoice and click “Create Factur-X PDF”. You get a hybrid PDF/A-3 with the XML embedded.

Does it support small businesses without VAT?

Yes. Choose “Small business, no VAT” and the right exemption note (e.g. § 19 UStG or art. 293 B CGI) is added automatically.
