How it works
- Drop one or more .xml or .pdf invoices on the box above, or click to choose files.
- The invoice is shown as a clear, readable document with parties, line items, VAT and payment details.
- Print it, save it as PDF, or export the data to Excel or CSV for your accounting.
What ends up in the spreadsheet?
The “Invoices” sheet lists invoice number, dates, seller and buyer with VAT IDs, references, net, VAT and gross totals, amount due and IBAN. The “Lines” sheet lists every item with quantity, unit, unit price, VAT rate and net amount. CSV export uses a semicolon separator in French, German and Dutch so that Excel opens it correctly.
